Personal protection: must wear protective goggles, cut resistant gloves, dust masks, and safety shoes; Long hair should be tied up with tight cuffs.
Tool inspection: visually inspect the blade for cracks, chipping, curling, and deformation; The blade should be sharp, and blunt knives are prohibited from being used on the machine.
Equipment status: The spindle, flange, and gasket are not worn or loose; The protective cover is intact and in place; The speed should match the rated speed of the blade, and overspeeding is strictly prohibited.
Installation direction: The blade rotation arrow should be consistent with the direction of the equipment, and reverse installation is strictly prohibited to prevent tooth loss and flying.
2、 Installation and commissioning (key details)
Cleaning: Remove oil and dust from the contact surface between the blade and flange to avoid eccentric shaking.
Fixed: The blade is centered, the gasket is complete, and it is evenly locked diagonally; Confirm that there is no jamming or significant jumping during manual turning.
Pre rotation: After a new or changed blade, pre rotate it for 1 minute without any noise or shaking before feeding.
Gap and positioning: Adjust the tool height and gap according to the material thickness; Double angle symmetry should be accurate to prevent cutting deviation, burrs, and indentation.
3、 Operation process (anti injury, anti breakage knife)
Uniform feeding: stable, straight, uniform, without sudden pushing or jamming; Thick/hard materials can be slowed down, while thin materials can be accelerated appropriately.
Hand safety: Always keep both hands on both sides/behind the blade and strictly prohibit reaching in the direction of the blade's forward movement; Small material push rod/specialized fixture.
Prohibit overloading: Do not cut hardness/thickness beyond the blade's capacity; Do not cut unsuitable materials such as metal or stone.
Exception handling: If there is abnormal noise, shaking, smoking, or material jamming, immediately stop the machine and cut off the power. Wait until the blade is completely stationary before handling; It is strictly prohibited to reach out and clean during operation.
No leaving the post: During operation, no one is allowed to leave the post, and the machine will stop when people leave.
4、 Shutdown and Maintenance (Extended Life)
Shutdown sequence: Stop feeding first → No load for a moment → Power off; Wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before cleaning and inspecting.
Cleaning: Clean the blade holder, blade surface debris, and oil stains; Gently rub the blade to avoid collision.
Storage: Do not hang vertically in a dry place for a long time, and do not lay flat (prone to deformation); Put on the blade protection cover.
Regular maintenance: Regularly check for wear, cracks, and tightening torque; The blunting of the blade edge should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner, and it should not be used properly.
